Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, Visits ITTC Canada

We were honored to recently host His Excellency Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, and a senior Government delegation from Ukraine and Canada at our NATO-accredited fighter pilot training campus at YYB North Bay Jack Garland Airport. We discussed how our full range of flight test and tactical training courses enhance sovereignty and security for Canada and our allies.

We also shared how our growing Engineering and Uncrewed Aircraft System (UAS) training and manufacturing capabilities at International Tactical Training Centre (ITTC) and International Test Pilots School can make a meaningful contribution to the 100-year Canada-Ukraine Strategic Partnership recently signed by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and President Zelenskyy, which focuses heavily on co-producing military drones and expanding defence ties. We are extremely proud to be contributing to the Government of Canada’s Defence Drone Initiative, and look forward to deepening our existing collaboration and support to NATO, Five Eyes and allied air arms.
